UHF-VHF and MMPS Combiner Amplified UHF-VHF Port The SCS-33DC and SCS-33A allows MMDS wireless signals and the local UHF/VHF off-air signals to be combined onto one cable entering the home, while preventing the MMDS aeronautical band signals from radiating backwards through the off-air antenna. Filtering on the MMDS input eliminates spurious down converter products from interfering with the off-air channels. The SCS-33DC provides highpass filtering for the wireless MMDS Super-band input channels. The SCS-33A provides highpass filtering for the wireless MMDS Super-band input channels and the UHF-VHF antenna input is amplified by a low noise amplifier which provides a net gain of 4 dB after high isolation combiner circuit. The directional amplifier prevents MMDS radiation from the UHF/VHF antenna.
